Evolving and adapting career development in these revolutionary times requires
designing best practices and theory-based interventions.
Such approaches can increase self-efficacy beliefs, resilience,
student/client learning and success in employment and career-life roles.
Our NEC (New England Consortium-NCDA State CDAs) is comprised of the six recognized New England States which are represented by five NCDA State CDAs (CT, ME, MA, RI, and the joint VT/NH State CDA), as seen in our NEC Logo.
Our joint Mission is to support our New England Region through a variety of mostly free and a few low cost NEC professional development and networking activities that address the needs of our NEC colleagues and interested NCDA members from other State CDAs and stakeholders, including the granting of NCDA CEs.
Our NEC Planning Committee warmly welcome your participation in our fifth annual NEC Virtual Conference. Our team includes Jeff Crothers (CT), Marianne Cowan (ME), Edward Anthony Colozzi (MA), Carrie Ann Marshall (RI) and Angela Bourassa, the joint VT/NH CDA).
Our NEC thanks NCDA for supporting our NEC efforts, Marianne Cowan, President of our sister state, the Maine CDA (MCDA), for hosting this annual NEC conference, Carrie Ann Marshall, Past President of our sister state, the Rhode Island CDA (RICDA), for moderating our NEC Conference, and a special acknowledgment to our Keynote, Dr. David Reile and all presenters.
